We strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. In the unlikely event that we make a mistake with your order, we've got you covered. If your claim clearly indicates an error on our part, we will refund your purchase at our expense.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you encounter any issues with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us at, and we will do everything in our power to make it right.

We understand that receiving a damaged or mislabeled product can be frustrating. That's why we offer a 14-day return policy for such cases. If you receive a defective product, please let us know within 14 days of receiving it. After contacting us, we will determine if your product is eligible for a refund and provide instructions on how to return it.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you must provide proof of purchase. Thank you for choosing RichofFaith, and we look forward to serving you.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 

As a sustainable business committed to respecting the planet, we operate on commission and cannot offer refunds for buyer's remorse, including instances where the wrong size was chosen. We encourage our customers to consult our size guides and product descriptions to ensure the right fit for their needs. By reducing waste and emissions, we prioritize our planet's health and strive to make a positive impact.

We apologize that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. Thank you for supporting our eco-conscious mission.

If the shipping address provided is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility at your expense. Similarly, if a shipment is unclaimed, you will also be responsible for the cost of reshipment to yourself. Please ensure that you have registered an account on and added a billing method to avoid any issues with returned orders.

Please note that we do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as face masks, due to health and hygiene reasons. In such cases, returned orders with face masks will be disposed of and will not be available for reshipping.


Returned by Customer – To ensure your satisfaction with your order, please contact us if you have any concerns before returning the item. Please note that except for customers residing in Brazil, we do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse. For customers residing in Brazil who wish to return an item due to regret, please contact our customer service within 7 consecutive days after receiving the item, providing a picture of the item. Please note that the item will undergo an evaluation to verify its condition. If the item has been used or destroyed, even partially, a refund may not be possible.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

  1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
    2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore we reserve rights to refuse returns at our sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
