When will I receive my order?

Your order is now in transit! We are thrilled to share that our team is working diligently to ensure a speedy delivery of your items. Please keep in mind that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you chose at checkout.

We take pride in prioritizing the shipping of products from the nearest location to your destination. As a result, some items may arrive before others, ensuring that your package is delivered in the most efficient and timely manner. You can expect to receive your order within 7-14 days from the date of purchase, however it can be much faster than that in some cases.

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping cost for your order will vary based on the type and quantity of products you have purchased.

Many of the products come with free shipping, check individual product pages for more details.

Please note that accurate shipping costs, which depend on the shipping location and the type and quantity of products ordered, will be calculated at checkout.

What carrier will deliver my package?

To ensure the best shipping experience for our customers, we use different carriers based on the destination and products ordered. Royal Mail will handle all rosary shipments, while USPS, FedEx, DPD, and DHL will handle shipping for other products. The specific carrier will be determined by the destination country.


Where will my order ship from?

To ensure that you receive the highest quality products, all rosaries and handmade items are shipped personally from my location in Manchester, UK. For other products, they may be shipped from different fulfilment centres depending on the type of product you order and your location. These centres are located in Wolverhampton (UK), Barcelona (Spain), Riga (Latvia), Charlotte (NC), Los Angeles (CA), and Toronto (Canada).


What countries do you ship to?

We offer shipping to many countries around the world, including the UK, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Brazil, and more. If your country is not on the list, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Please note that there may be legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations that prevent us from shipping to certain countries. Currently, we are unable to ship to Ukraine, Russia, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea. This list is subject to change depending on global circumstances.


What do I need to know about ordering internationally?

Some international orders may incur custom fees depending on the country you placed the order from. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local custom office. Eventual custom clearance costs are not included in the shipping cost. The recipient is responsible for the payment of poss0ible custom fees that depend on local customs.

Some countries wave customs fees on orders valued at less than a certain price. Some may charge extra handling fees. It all depends on your location, please research and read your country's custom policy.

Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchase - these may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. End recipient is responsible for these fees.

I highly recommend including your phone number in the order – this will minimize the risk of an order being lost in transit and make the delivery of the order smoother.


My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?

In this unfortunate case, before getting in touch with us please help us out by doing the following steps:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistake in the delivery address.
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package.
  • Stop by your neighbours in case the currier left the package with them.

Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise —  If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be! 

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbour’s, get in touch with us at with your order number. 


I made a mistake adding a delivery address, can I change it?

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, let us know as soon as possible (within 2 hrs from the purchase) and there may be a chance you will be able to change address. If we already sent the order we can send you a replacement order, but the new order would be at your expense.


Are taxes included in my order total?

Taxes are included in every product price. Taxes are non-refundable. If you have any other questions around taxes, let us know sending us an email at

 Eventual custom clearance costs are not included in the shipping cost. The recipient is responsible for the payment of possible custom fees that depend on local customs.




How are your products made? 

With a lot of love! And you can watch me while we make them too during our TikTok lives!

All our products are made with care, we prefer making products with love and attention rather than making them as quick as possible. All the products we offer are high quality, durable and sustainable. For this last reason, all the products (except some rosaries) are made on demand. To make this sustainable business possible, we collaborate with reliable businesses based in different strategic locations that, where possible, help us in manufacturing and distributing our products minimising the travel emissions of their shipment, and also the time that the customers have to wait to receive their orders.


How do I track my order? 

We make sure all our customers are updated on the status of their orders. You will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop me a line at


I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

This should not definitely happen but in that unfortunate case please let me resolve this quickly for you, help us doing that emailing us at within a weeks’ time from when you receive the package with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We will get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!


Product disclaimers:

Rarely, there might be a vinegary smell on the garments you receive. Luckily, the odour you smell is just a temporary addition. Now that your product is out of the confined space of the shipping bag, the printing smell will dissipate after a few days and a wash cycle.

In some cases you may notice some discoloration or off white residue on your apparel. Do not worry! These are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle. Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology. In addition, inks used are water-based and eco-friendly.



Do you have a return policy?

Because of our sustainable business model, making our products on demand once they are ordered, we cannot offer returns and exchanges for buyer’s remorse, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at


Do you offer refunds?

We offer refunds only to customers that receive wrong or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at info@richoffaith.comwith photos of wrong/damaged items, and we’ll sort that out for you. 

Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was defective. If that’s the case, please let us know at within 20 days after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabelled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund! 


Can I exchange an item for a different size/colour?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts — we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
